Returns

We accept returns on all unused products. Any return/exchange must be in brand new condition. All returns must have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Unearth Collective offers a full refund on orders cancelled before they have been fulfilled by our warehouse staff. If the order has already been shipped, you must wait for the arrival of the package to submit a Return/Exchange. Return items must be shipped back and received in our office within 15 days of the original delivery date. Orders returned after 15 days of the original delivery date are not eligible for return or exchange.

By returning an item you will have the option of using a prepaid shipping label courtesy of Unearth Collective (the cost of the postage will be subtracted from your refund). You can also ship the item back using your own label.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once your return has been received, a refund will be issued within 48 hours. Please allow 2-4 business days for your bank to clear the funds. 

 

Restocking Fee

Any items returned due to customer preference will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and rush processing charges are non refundable. Alternatively, items returned due to our own error (wrong item, damaged on arrival, defective item, etc) will not be charged any restocking fees. 

Returns in exchange for Unearth Collective store credit will never incur a restocking fee. 

 

Incorrect Items

If you have received a wrong item DO NOT USE IT or open the packaging. Please go to our contact page or email us at contact@unearthcollective.com to return your incorrect item. We will need your Order Number and a clear photo of the product received. We cannot under any circumstances refund or exchange the item if it has been used. 

 

Broken Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a broken product upon arrival, DO NOT USE OR TRY TO FIX THE ITEM. You will need to file a claim with our support team within 7 days of the original delivery date of your item. You must provide us with your Order Number and clear photos of the damaged item(s), as well as the packaging they were shipped in. Please DO NOT send back broken items whose damages consist of broken glass. Unearth Collective will replace the broken item with a functional unit at no additional cost. If the item is out of stock, an option of a full refund or store credit will be applied. 

 

Returned to Sender

In the event that your package is returned to sender due to an invalid address, you can have it reshipped to an alternate or corrected address. You will be charged the cost of the postage. Please email us at contact@unearthcollective.com or fill out your information on our contact page to process your reshipment. 

 

Notice

Unearth Collective reserves the right to amend this Return/Refund Policy at any time by posting the amended terms on this webpage. Unearth Collective reserves the right to refuse a return for any reason.
